                            RESOLUTION NO.   19797  
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   HIGHWAY LANDSCAPING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
                   OF TENNESSEE, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
                   FOR A LANDSCAPING PROJECT ADJACENT TO THE
                   SOUTH END OF VETERAN'S BRIDGE.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Highway Landscaping Agreement with the State of
       Tennessee, Department of Transportation, for a landscaping 
project
       adjacent to the south end of Veteran's Bridge which includes 
three
       areas within the interchange of State Route 58 (Riverside Drive)
       with Georgia Avenue.
